1. Use of Website
You agree to use ATW360Photo.com only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the site or using it in a way that may impair its function or interfere with other users.

2. Services
ATW360Photo.com provides 360 photo booth rentals and related photography services. Booking services through this website are subject to availability and confirmation by ATW360 Photo.

 

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings require a signed agreement and a deposit to secure your date.

Full payment is due 48 hours before the event date, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Payment can be made via accepted methods listed at checkout or on your invoice.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations within 14 days may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows photo booth setups and provides sufficient space and power access.

ATW360 Photo is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by venue issues or lack of access.

 

6. Photo and Video Usage
By using our services, you grant ATW360 Photo permission to use photos and videos taken during your event for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
ATW360 Photo will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

 

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of ATW360 Photo or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use this content without written permission.

 

9. Modifications
ATW360 Photo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

 

10. Governing Law
